Secure Epic sign-in
Users will authenticate directly on Epic Games’ website using OAuth. ClovaX will never request or receive an Epic Games password.
ClovaX is developing an optional Epic Games account integration using Epic Account Services. The integration is intended to let an authorized account holder connect their own Epic account and view supported account and Fortnite progression information through ClovaX.
The feature is currently restricted to the ClovaX operator and a small number of approved beta testers while authentication, privacy controls, security, and data availability are tested.
This integration is currently restricted to the ClovaX operator and a limited number of Discord users the operator has explicitly approved as beta testers, while development and security testing are completed. It is not available to the general public — no other ClovaX user can connect an Epic account or access Epic or Fortnite profile information through ClovaX unless approved.
The following describes planned functionality. These features are in development and are not yet available to ClovaX users.

ClovaX may display supported basic-profile information for the Epic account that was intentionally connected by its owner.
Where supported and authorized by Epic, ClovaX is exploring tools that may display progression information belonging to the connected account, including supported item ownership, levels, experience, and mastery status.
A user will only be able to access information associated with their own connected account. ClovaX will not provide a way to browse another user’s private Epic or Fortnite account data.
Statuses reflect the current state of the ClovaX codebase and are updated as work progresses.
Epic Games credentials are entered only on Epic Games’ own website — never on ClovaX.

The current plan requests Epic’s Basic Profile permission and stores only the information necessary to identify and maintain the connected account. Additional information will only be accessed where supported, authorized, and disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

There is no announced release date. Public availability will depend on development, security testing, Epic authorization, and the availability of the required services.
